Terrible experience - photos do not match

We were booked into this property for four nights on booking(dotcom). Firstly the hotel asked for a deposit to ‘secure the rooms’ , this was outside of the booking.com processes( specifically says ‘pay at property, no pre payment). Following payment, no confirmation was provided . Multiple calls and emails yielded no result . We finally got confirmation after a family friend had to visit the property and request for the confirmation to be sent On arriving at the property and being checked into the rooms, we discovered the pictures do not match those online AT ALL. There were stains on the bed , remnants of food spilling a, mould in the refrigerator and very very unclean toilet bowl. We were forced to leave and request a refund . They have provided only refund for the payment provided at the property and not the amount required to ‘secure it’ initially paid. Very disappointed !! !

One of the best hotel in South Delhi. Room was very beautiful & well decorated.Food was tasty & breakfast was fabulous. Easy to locate. Comfortable stay with your family. Staffs are helpful & well-trained. I will be back here another time.

Nice hotel, well trained staff. Well maintained. Rooms decoration are goods.i enjoyed my stay. During my stay staffs take care for everything.Breakfast was good but pure veg. Taste was good.easy to find the location.

Stayed a couple of times. Good comfortable stay. The staff is courteous and helpful. They can improve on their breakfast spread which is quite minimal and pure veg food only. Good for business traveller

Good hotel with good services.service is good.staff is well trained.the big park in front of the hotel increase it's beauty u feel hotel is in nature lap. Rooms are cleaned .overall a good experience.
